What is included with my plant warranty when signed up for total garden service?
Our plant warranty covers any plant in your garden that adheres to the "right plant, right place" principle, including shrubs, flowers, perennials, grasses, ferns and excluding trees and palms.
Plants planted in inappropriate conditions (e.g., shade plants in full sun) will not be covered. This assessment will be conducted during the initial cleanup. Plants added by the homeowner or another service provider after our cleanup are not covered under this warranty.
Some pest infestations are beyond our control and do not fall under the plant warranty. While we strive to provide comprehensive care, some pests can be particularly resilient.
We will replace any warranted plant with a new plant of the same or similar species, up to a 7-gallon size. This warranty does not include tree replacement.
